Introduction
We are truly excited to launch GroundWorm🚀. In short, it is a location based community social app that keeps you updated with what’s happening around you. Just like any other social app, users can create new posts, write comments, like or dislike a post, share posts etc. What’s so special about GroundWorm is that every post created will be geotagged with location name. Therefore you will only see posts which are created by someone near your current location.
Use Cases
If you are a ground worm (i.e. a local that knows a place very well), you may share information or post photos about your neighbourhood. As a result, this will benefit the foreigners or travellers. If you are a tourist guide, you can use this as your content marketing tool to increase your brand awareness.
In addition, a business owner or event organiser can make announcements to the people nearby by creating new posts about his or her products and services.
